We offer free shipping for qualified Canadian orders over $100.00 (after any discount and before applicable taxes). Some conditions may apply.
Orders are only shipped between Monday and Friday. No orders are shipped on statutory holidays or weekends.
Please call us for priority orders/shipping options. We use a variety of carriers to provide the best service to all Canadian addresses and PO Boxes. Additional fees will apply. If you have a courier preference, additional shipping fees may apply.

Order tracking numbers are automatically sent out when our courier picks up your parcel for shipping.
Please check your junk email if you received an email from us saying your order is complete, yet you have not received tracking codes within 24 hours.

If we are at fault we will refund your full purchase amount plus the shipping cost.
If you are dissatisfied with the product we must be advised within 14 calendar days and the item(s) must be returned unused and unworn in order to qualify for a refund. Refund does not include return shipping costs.
All items must be properly packaged for shipping.
We will not accept any COD returns or exchanges. Parcels will be refused.
Qualified refunds will be processed within five (5) business days following approval and receipt of your returned item. Please be aware that some financial institutions may require additional time to process refunds.
Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours, (except holidays and weekends) or if item is not currently available you will be advised with either a phone call or by e-mail.

Delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items ordered. We have no control over shipping carriers, their operations, or events that may affect delivery schedules. In addition, our supplier information may be incorrect and stock levels may not be accurate. We do our best to notify customers as soon as we find out shipping dates may change.
We understand that accidents happen. Please call or email us as soon as you can to update your order as soon as you can. Orders can often be corrected or cancelled before shipping. We cannot guarantee we can offer this service for all orders. Once shipped, we cannot make any modifications or refunds to your order. Incorrect shipping addresses cannot be corrected with our couriers once the order has left our facilities. We strive to ship out all in-stock products within 1-2 business days. Our online selection includes all special order options from our suppliers. Due to our rapidly changing in-store stock, please call us to confirm order fulfillment time if an order is urgent. Orders may be eligible for no-extra cost split-shipping if some products are ready-to-ship (select addresses only, case-by-case).
Standard shipping times will vary based on courier. We ship out of Edmonton, AB. Shipping to Atlantic provinces, Territories, and rural areas typically take longer.
Online orders with in-stock products will typically be ready for pick-up within 1-2 business days at our Edmonton location. Pick-up from our Fort McMurray location can take longer, as inventory may need to be shipped up. If you have not received an order update within 1-2 business days, please call or email us for more information.

We offer in-house minor alterations. This includes basic hemming (legs & arms), aftermarket hi-viz striping, attaching velcro or patches, and select garment repairs. If you do not see your desired alteration listed online or desire multiple alterations not otherwise listed, please call us to apply this to your order. Additional fees will apply, which can be paid over the phone or via Bank Transfer/E-Transfer.
All repairs are done in-store at any Direct Workwear location. Prices vary & may be charged at time of pick-up based on time.
Embroidery starting at $5.00 per name bar, $7.50 per logo. Additional set-up fees may apply.
We do work with a local garment manufacturer to offer extra-tall custom order FR bibs and coveralls. These are made to order and will have an additional delay. There are limited fabric and colour options available. These items will be final-sale. Please call or email us for more information, as these are only available directly through our sales representatives.
